This Privacy Policy applies solely to information processed through the Play Couple Adventure mobile application. We do not operate any associated websites, cloud services, or online databases that store or process personal information for the App's users.

- Location Access: Location is used only for the "Mark the Spot" feature. Tagged locations are stored locally on the device and are not uploaded or shared with us.
- Photos and Media: Users may attach or save photos for personal use (for example, to mark a spot or keep a memory). These photos remain on the device only and are not transmitted to any server.
When the App is uninstalled, locally stored information is removed from the device in accordance with device platform behavior.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
All payments and subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not access, collect, or store payment or billing information. Apple handles payment processing, receipts, and related data under Apple's privacy and security policies.

6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the Google Maps SDK to render maps and enable location selection for local features. Google may collect limited and anonymous usage data as described in Google's privacy documentation.
No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking frameworks are integrated into the App.

7. Age Restrictions
The App is intended for adults aged 18 (eighteen) years and older. We do not knowingly collect or process information from children under 18. If you are under 18, you must not download or use the App.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
All user data generated within the App (including marked spots, location tags, and photos) is stored exclusively on the user's device. We do not maintain backups or copies of user data on external servers.
If you wish to remove all data associated with the App, uninstalling the App from your device will remove locally stored information. Because we do not retain user data on our servers, we are unable to retrieve or restore deleted information.
9. Data Security
Although the App does not transmit or store personal data externally, we take reasonable measures to safeguard user data on the device. Communications performed by the App (for example, interactions with Google Maps SDK or Apple In-App Purchase services) use secure, encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections.
The App leverages Apple's sandboxed environment and secure APIs to protect local data. While we make reasonable efforts to protect your information, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
10. International Data Protection Rights
The App is available globally and users may be subject to local data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the United States.
Although we do not process or store personal data, we respect the rights afforded under these regimes, including rights to:
